WHS Committee Member (PUAWHS001)

WHS Committee Member course provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to apply general WHS requirements within a typical workplace environment, excluding emergency situations. This course is ideal for individuals interested in becoming members of a Work Health and Safety Committee and contributing to the management of WHS in their organisation.

Course Entry Requirements for WHS Committee Member

To enroll, participants must:

  • Wear enclosed footwear and suitable attire
  • Bring a pen for note-taking

Course Duration and Delivery

  • Duration: 1 day (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Location: Courses are open to the public and available upon request. The course can be delivered on-site or at our Academy.
  • Learners will engage in both theory and practical activities.
  • Amenities: Morning tea, afternoon tea, coffee, and lunch are provided when delivered at Thurgoona Training Academy (TTA).

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Pathways

RPL is not offered.
