Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a wide range of high-quality Nationally Recognised training courses utilising adult learning principles.
  • Conduct assessment of participants, ensuring assessment is valid, reliable, fair and flexible
  • Liase with Training and Develoment Managers, Site Managers, Safety Advisors, Human Resource Managers and the RTO Managerto determine and/or confirm training requirements.

  • Monitor the planning, implementation and reporting of training programs including attendance.
  • Monitor and update training courses in response to continuous improvement strategies, changes to legislation, or other regulations as identified and required.
  • Manage and coordinate the accurate and timely completion of training records including attendance sheets, evaluation sheets and assessment materials.
  • Ensure all training records are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain RTO compliance documentation.

  • Maintain, develop and improve our reputation with current and potential clients.

  • Service and maintain training equipment and client equipment.

  • Liase with clients and students.

  • Monitor Legislative requirements, Codes of Practice and Standards.

  • Plan and coordinate training programmes.

  • Must be able to work in a team and unsupervised.

 

Essential/Preferred Criteria

  • Must have Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAE40110.

  • Must have computer literacy, ie: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.

  • Must have relevant industry experience.

  • Must have demonstrated communication and presentation skills.

  • Must have current First Aid qualifications.

  • Preferable to have Certificate II in Public Safety

  • Preferable to have Occupational First Aid

  • Preferable to have or successfully obtained nationally accredited training in disciplines of Emergency Reponse, Confined Spaces, Safe Work at Heights and First Aid.

  • Current Drivers Licence.

  • Current criminal history check.
  • Current Working with children check.
 

Work Roster and Additional Information

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, although flexibility is required for travel and extraordinary requirements

  • Company vehicle, phone, laptop and Uniform (PPE)

  • Be willing to work Intrastate and Interstate.
